I am a birth and postpartum doula dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the  postpartum journey. Born in Jamaica, my care is rooted in intuition, compassion, and ancestral connection, shaping the way  I honor the mind, body and spirit as deeply interconnected.

I offer grounded, nurturing support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, blending practical care with gentle attention to emotional and spiritual wellbeing. My approach is centered on creating calm, supportive space where women feel held, informed, and empowered through each stage of their experience.

With academic foundation in mental health, child development, and wellness, I bring both knowledge and a steady, reassuring presence to my work. I am commited to offering care that is attentive, respectful, and deeply supportive of the transitions that shape motherhood and identity.
