What is a Doula
A doula is a support person who provides non medical emotional, physical and informational support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Doulas do not replace medical providers, but instead offer steady prescence, guidance, and reassurance so you feel supported, and informed through pregnancy birth and postpartum.
How Support Works
When you book my services, you receive steady and intentional support based on your needs. I offer emotional care, gentle guidance, and a calm presence throughout your journey.
Birth Support includes continuous presence, comfort techniques, and reassuranced during labor. Postpartum support offers emotional care, newborn guidance, and practical help as you recover and adjust.

My care is holisitc, spiritual, and intuitive, honoring the mind , body, and spirit. I combine practical knowledge with a grounded presence to support and advocate for you as needed, helping you feel seen and respected. I do not provide medical care or replace medical health providers. My role is to offer non medical emotional, physical, and holistic support alongside your medical team.​
