-Virtual prenatal session(50-90min): Birth preferences, labor education, comfort techniques, partner support, and emotional preparation for birth -On call support(36-40 weeks:) 24/7 text support for early labor guidance, check ins,and when to reach out - Continuous labor & birth support: in person support from active labor through birth, including comfort techniques, emotional support, and gentle advocacy for your birth preferences. - Immediate Postpartum support: 1 to 2 hours after birth to support bonding, first feeding, and emotional grounding as you transition into postpartum.
